Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Api18.dev API and website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18) to use the Service. The Service can generate adult/+18 content; you confirm you are legally permitted to access such content where you live.

The Service applies no content filter to prompts, but lawful use is required. You may not generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal, including (without limitation) child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that depicts real identifiable people without consent, or content intended to defraud, harass, or harm.

If you expose generation to end users, you are responsible for age-gating and for moderating user-supplied input.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity under your account. Keep keys server-side. You may rotate or revoke keys in the dashboard.

The Service is pay-as-you-go in USD per call, with no subscription or minimums. Failed jobs are refunded automatically. Welcome credit is for the dashboard playground; API use requires paid balance, topped up in USDT on supported networks. Crypto payments are generally non-refundable once confirmed on-chain except as required by law.

As between you and Api18.dev, you own the outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Generated files are stored temporarily; download anything you wish to keep.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Api18.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 30 days.

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
